Sound Healing

Sound healing uses vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and drums to help calm the mind, relax the body, and restore energetic balance.

Sessions start with a guided meditation followed by immersion in soothing sounds. You’ll typically lie on a yoga mat or sit comfortably as the vibrations wash over you, promoting deep relaxation.

No experience is necessary! Sound healing is accessible for everyone—even if you find meditation challenging, the sound helps guide you into a relaxed state.

Sound baths are generally safe and gentle for most people, offering a relaxing and restorative experience. However, if you have specific health concerns, it’s important to approach sound healing thoughtfully.

  • Pregnancy: Sound baths can be calming during pregnancy, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation. That said, some intense vibrations or certain instruments may feel overwhelming, especially in early pregnancy. Softer sounds like crystal bowls and chimes are typically more suitable. Please consult your healthcare provider and inform me so I can tailor the session for your comfort.
  • Epilepsy: If you have sound-sensitive epilepsy, consult your doctor before attending, as some frequencies or vibrations might trigger symptoms.
  • Pacemakers or implants: People with pacemakers or other medical implants should also seek medical advice before participating.
  • Hearing aids or implants: Many people with hearing devices can safely enjoy sound baths, as the experience involves both sound and vibration. If the sound feels uncomfortable, you can choose to turn off or lower your hearing aid during the session.

If you have any medical or mental health conditions, checking with your healthcare professional is recommended to ensure sound healing is right for you.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you relax, such as a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion. Some items may be provided, but it’s best to check beforehand.

Many people notice relaxation and clarity after just one session, but regular attendance can deepen the effects and support ongoing balance. Whether you come monthly or whenever you need a reset, tuning into sound healing can be a powerful tool for your well-being.

Energy Alignment

Energy alignment is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels. You remain in control of your experience, and the body only responds to what it is ready to receive.

It is generally safe for most people, including pregnant women, older adults, and children. Energy alignment is not a substitute for medical care, and if you have health concerns, it’s always best to consult your healthcare provider beforehand.

This gentle approach is suitable for most people seeking relaxation and balance. However, it is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have specific health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider.

During a session, you simply rest comfortably—lying down or sitting quietly—in a calm space. The session is gentle and supportive, with no effort required from you. To prepare, choose a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed, wear loose clothing, and have water nearby. You may wish to set an intention, but this is optional. The most important thing is to rest and allow the session to unfold naturally.

Yes, energy-based work is not limited by distance. Many clients experience deep relaxation and benefits from remote sessions just as they do in person.

Many clients find that regular sessions—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—help maintain balance and support ongoing well-being. The ideal frequency depends on your individual needs and goals.

Each session is unique and it depends on how open the recipient is to the energies. Healing can occur in different ways. A deep level of clearing and healing will start within different levels of your being. Most of the recipients feel an increase in energy and a relaxed mind. However, some might feel a bit tired or even emotional. This is completely normal and is a temporary aspect of healing. Healing session will improve your overall mental and physical well-being.

It is recommended to take rest and drink plenty of water after the session. Listen to your body. Try gentle exercise or meditation.

Sessions are held at 10:00 pm, allowing the day to settle and supporting deep rest during and after the session.

Energy alignment sessions are prepared and energetically held in advance and are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted per booking if requested at least 24 hours before the session.

On rare occasions, if I am unwell or if the energetic conditions are not supportive for holding a safe and grounded session, I may need to reschedule. In such cases, your session will be moved to the next mutually suitable time.

This policy helps ensure each session is held with care, presence, and energetic integrity for both practitioner and client.
